Dr. A.N. Singh serves as the MD/CEO of Celestial Technologies and is a member of the Board of Directors. He has more than twenty five (25) years of experience in IT, Intellectual Property Rights & Technology Management. He has worked overseas as well as with many reputed companies in India.

He is a member of Indian Institute of Engineers, All India Biotech Association and Computer Society of US. He holds B.Tech, MBA degrees from India and PhD. degree from the US.

Mr. S. Chandrashekar - Vice President / COO
As VP of Celestial Technologies, Chandrashekar has more than eighteen (18) years of IT experience in anticipating client needs and aligning technology deployment with business strategies. Chandrashekar has worked with many reputed companies abroad, India. He holds a Masters of Science in Computer Applications degree from India.

Mr. P. D. V. Phani Mohan - Program Manager
Mohan has about 10 years of experience in IT including database modeling, programming and management. He holds Masters Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) to his credit.

2. The Rapid Application Development process is used when we know the process thoroughly and the development cycle time is very short. This model suits any organization that is automating its operations in a short span of time and without any ambiguity in their business requirements.

While we have been using the above two methods successfully, we are open to other models such as linear sequential model, the incremental model, the spiral model etc. We have the necessary knowledge and expertise to follow any process that the client may be interested in, to ensure that we meet their quality standards and time schedules.
